- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Staff friendly and courteous. Why 3 stars? I wanted to transfer money over from an IRA and the financial advisor was flustered and made me nervous because she didn't want to "be responsible" for giving me advise on what to do with my money. I didn't ask for advise, but she was so negative about it I just went to another branch. Also, sometimes wait for a manager can be long. And simple things like getting change for a few dollars can be unnecessarily long when you have to wait behind a long line. Whatever.By G Curtis Wilson, December 23, 2016
